Booking Process

Submit an enquiry through our website or via email. Our team will confirm vehicle availability and provide a quote within two business hours. Once confirmed, we'll arrange pickup details and finalise your reservation.

Required Documentation

Valid driver's licence (Australian or International), credit card for security deposit, and proof of identity. Corporate accounts may have alternative documentation arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Contact us directly for specific circumstances.
